1. Open the tube in PSP. Press SHIFT-D to make a copy. Close the original so you can use it later.
2. Layers> Duplicate. Your layer palette should show Layer 1 and COPY of layer 1. Image> Canvas Size 600X600. Click LAYER 1 to make it the active layer.
3. Go to EFFECTS> TEXTURE> MOSAIC - ANTIQUE use these settings:
Click OK
4. Back on the LAYER PALETTE - click on COPY of layer 1 to make it active. Now go to IMAGE> RESIZE use these settings:

5. Use your color dropper to choose a bright or complimentary color from your tube. I picked the gold from the sun. Make this both your Foreground and background color. We'll use this for the text.
6. Click on your text tool. Click on the image about where you
want your text. I used a VECTOR setting so I can resize and
rearrange easier. These are the settings I use but feel free to use
your own: ![]()
Type in your text. Resize it to your liking. reposition as you like.
7. On your layer palette, right click on the vector layer and choose CONVERT TO RASTER.
8. Now, with that text layer active, go up to EFFECTS> 3D
EFFECTS> INNER BEVEL with these settings:

8. Next, with that text layer active, go up to EFFECTS> 3D
EFFECTS> DROP SHADOW with these settings:

9. On your layer palette, RIGHT CLICK on any layer and choose MERGE VISABLE
10. Selections> Select All> Float> Defloat.
11. Image> Crop to Selection.
Now just resize to the size you want.
