Fat Free Scalloped Potatoes



Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Cook in boiling water until just tender. While the potatoes are cooking mix the milk, flour, water, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.(Keep an eye on the potatoes so they don't get too done.) Turn the oven on to 400°. Drain the potatoes well. Spray a casserole dish lightly with non-fat spray and place a layer of potatoes in the bottom. Sprinkle a layer of cheese over the potatoes, then pour on a layer of sauce. Repeat till you end up with cheese as the top layer. Bake for about 30 minutes.
