The instructions are written for PSP8 but work with PSP7 using the Bubble Tube that I provide a link to at the bottom of the page. You could use the just the bubble tube in PSP8 instead of the balls and bubbles.
Open a transparent image 226 X 725. You can resize later. Load selection bubble_bottom and fill as you wish. I used the Autumn gradient at a 180 angle. Selections>Invert. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. Vertical and Horizontal Offset at 4 Opacity at 50 Blur at 15 Color Black. Repeat changing the offsets to -4. Deselect.

Load selection bubble_middle. Effects>Texture Effects>Blinds. Width 22 Opacity 100 Check Light from left/top(Optional) Color #FF8A01. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur 2.0. Selections>Invert. Effects> 3D Effects>Drop Shadow. Vertical and Horizontal Offset at 4 Opacity at 50 Blur at 15 Color Black. Repeat changing the offsets to -4. Deselect.

Add a new layer this time. Load selection bubble_top. Flood fill. I used #E35E00 to match my Autumn gradient. Effects>Artistic Effects>Balls and Bubbles. Automatic Multiple checked. Coverage 10 Average size 2 Size variation 27 Overlapping Speed 9 Materials Color White. Selections>Invert. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. Vertical and Horizontal Offset at 4 Opacity at 50 Blur at 15 Color Black. Repeat changing the offsets to -4. Deselect. Turn this layer off. Duplicate the bubble bottom three times. Turn off all dupicate layers. Turn on the bubble top layer and merge it with the bubble bottom layer. Turn on all the layers and rename them 1 2 3 4 starting with the merged layer as 1. Turn off layers 1 3 and 4. Highlight layer 2.

Load selection bubble_top. Flood fill with #E35E00. Effects>Artistic Effects>Balls and Bubbles. Automatic Multiple checked. Coverage 20 Average size 2 Size variation 27 Overlapping Speed 9 Materials Color White. Selections>Invert. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. Vertical and Horizontal Offset at 4 Opacity at 50 Blur at 15 Color Black. Repeat changing the offsets to -4. Deselect. Turn this layer off. Turn off layers 1 2 and 4. Highlight layer 3.
Load selection bubble_top. Flood fill with #E35E00. Effects>Artistic Effects>Balls and Bubbles. Automatic Multiple checked. Coverage 30 Average size 2 Size variation 27 Overlapping Speed 9 Materials Color White. Selections>Invert. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. Vertical and Horizontal Offset at 4 Opacity at 50 Blur at 15 Color Black. Repeat changing the offsets to -4. Deselect. Turn this layer off. Turn off layers 1 2 and 3. Highlight layer 4.
Load selection bubble_top. Flood fill with #E35E00. Effects>Artistic Effects>Balls and Bubbles. Automatic Multiple checked. Coverage 40 Average size 2 Size variation 27 Overlapping Speed 9 Materials Color White. Selections>Invert. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. Vertical and Horizontal Offset at 4 Opacity at 50 Blur at 15 Color Black. Repeat changing the offsets to -4. Deselect. Turn on all of the layers.
Duplicate layers 1 2 and 3. Order should be copy of 1, copy of 2, copy of 3, 4, 3, 2, 1 Save as what ever you want.
Launch Animation Shop and open your file. Animation>Resize Animation 50%.

Edit>Select All>Right Click>Frame Properties>Set speed. I chose 40.


File>SaveAs>Go with the defaults and save as what ever name you choose.
For PSP7 I used the 2 H Bubbles from the the Hoods. Which you can get from TracieRose. Just play with the amount and size. I use sizes between 20 and 60 placed in a random pattern, adding more and bigger bubbles each time.
