The Curve-billed Thrasher (Toxostoma curvirostre) has a long, decurved bill, gray-brown plumage, a breast with indistinct dark spots, a long dark tail and dark legs. The sexes are similar in appearence. Juvenile birds have shorter bills. Some birds have pale wing bars and a pale tip to the tail.
